Structured data is a term used to refer to information that is well formatted and easy to manipulate, transform, summarize, etc. Examples of structured data include:

  • database tables
  • spreadsheets
  • XML files
  • RDF triples

Structured data can be loaded into Freebase (assuming it has a compatible license).
