Status
the stuff around musical artists and groups is fairly solid, but things are really messy around albums, releases, songs, and recordings of songs. The schema doesn't support non-musical recordings like dramatic performances or comedy. We also need to do something about Performances generally (musical, theatrical, spoken word, etc). Needs massive amounts of work, but we're scared of it.
There is some talk of revisiting this schema as we get ready to begin importing MusicBrainz data again.Jeff 21:50, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
